Meet The Seat Shop Team

Matt and his brother Brian started The Seat Shop back in 2006, and he has lead the direction and growth strategy of the company since the beginning. His strong leadership ability keeps the team moving towards the same goal, which has enabled the company to grow exponentially over the past 15 years.

Matt is married to Jill, the company’s COO, and they have two children. He enjoys watching the Rangers and Cowboys play whenever he can catch a game. Matt loves music and enjoys playing guitar with his friends from time to time. He is also a tech geek at heart, and you can often find him researching the latest gadget or software that hits the market. Most of all, he loves spending time with his family, and is very excited about what lies ahead for The Seat Shop!

Brian co-founded The Seat Shop with Matt in 2006, and is known for his extensive vehicle knowledge. If anyone has a question about seam patterns or combability issues with a vehicle, Brian is always the guy they turn to! His passion for serving his customers is un-matched within the industry. In addition to boasting a wealth of knowledge, Brian also stars in much of the online content for The Seat Shop, including our full-length video installation guides.

Jill joined The Seat Shop in 2009, and eventually transitioned into the role of COO. Her ability to keep track of the many moving parts of the business and keep them all organized has allowed The Seat Shop to grow at a rapid pace by developing and integrating new and efficient processes. Fun fact- she is also Matt's better half! They have two beautiful children that love to ride their scooters around the office.
